E-Survey
e-Surveys give you great insights into what you should do next.
Think about it as buying consultancy from the people who know best what you should be doing – your target customers.
A brand consultant will cost you a minimum of £500 a day, rising to £2,000. For less than £500 you can get excellent advice from up to 200 customers. For less than £750, you can extend this to 500 customers.
What happens next?
Your e-survey should last no longer than 7 minutes/20 questions. This is the maximum time you can expect customers or prospects to spend answering your questions.
- send us a draft version of the questions you wish to ask, preferably with some background briefing
- we will look at your briefing and your questions, and from over 20 years of survey experience, we will recommend the ideal phrasing
- between us we will agree what the survey will look like
- we will build the e-survey in Easy Dialogues, and let you test it out
- when you are happy, you place your order through our shop, send us the relevant customer/prospect e-mail addresses, and off we go
- we send you a link to view the results as they come in
We can handle any language, so long as you send us the script within a Word document in that language.
If you pre-warn the recipients of the e-survey separately, that will boost response rates. We will also chase people to respond. Typically a chaser message will increase response rates from the previous wave by up to 50%.

The tool uses Easy Dialogues technology, so you can include pictures in .jpg or .gif formats anywhere within the survey.
Important limitation: the Interactive Dialogues technology is not optimised for use with Apple Mac or Netscape browsers.
